Disclosure of Availability Guarantees

For all Beachcomber Hot Tubs, our commitments regarding repairability and support are as follows:

Support element	Guarantee level	Additional details / limitations
Replacement parts	Entire Guarantee	We will make available all components and/or parts for at least 7 years.
Repair services	Partial Guarantee	We (or our authorized service network) will provide repair services for all hot tubs that are located within an authorized Beachcomber Dealership and/or Service Area, for up to the lifetime of the hot tub, as outlined in the Beachcomber Premium Guarantee following the date of purchase.
Maintenance / repair information	Entire Guarantee	We will provide access to Owners Guides, Maintenance Information, Technical Service Manuals, and Online and Live Technical Support.

This disclosure is binding and is made in compliance with section 39.1 of the Québec Consumer Protection Act (as amended).
