Beachcomber Hot Tubs is launching the BIC-e in.touch 3 connectivity device, representing the next generation of spa control technology. This hardware upgrade is necessary to access the new Gecko App, which features an updated cloud infrastructure and over-the-air update capabilities.
The in.touch 2 app will continue to be supported for all current in.touch 2 installations. However, in.touch 2 hardware will no longer be available for purchase. Customers needing to replace in.touch 2 hardware must upgrade to the in.touch 3.
