Where do I get the Hot Tub installation Checklist to register?

You have 30 days after delivery to register your tub. The Installation Checklist is with the owner's manual - this will be in the packaging with the hot tub. You actually don't need a sales invoice to go along with the registration. You can fill in the Install Checklist as best as you can and if you have any questions please call our Guarantee Dept 1-800-663-6557 ext. 393.
