When designing the HYBRID4® SAFEAXISS™ Steps, Beachcomber prioritized safety and ease of use. This weather resistant, UV protected feature optimises safety with:
1. Wide Landing Pad
This wide step on the top of the SAFEAXISS™ Steps has a non-slip surface that makes it safe to use year-round and guarantees enough space for anyone to step onto easily.
2. Guiding Light
This sensor-triggered light brings added safety to nighttime soaks. The Guiding Light lights up areas around the hot tub while bringing an illuminating experience to your after dark soaks.
3. Double-Tiered Step
The SAFEAXISS™ Steps feature double-tiered steps on both the front angles of the step, allowing safe and comfortable access into and out of the hot tub from any angle, with ease.
Safe Multi-Tiered Stairway:
Every Beachcomber features a series of steps, surfaces, and seats that facilitate stepping in and out of your tub. During the design process, a priority was ensuring every tub was accessible to all. This meant that the angles and positions were vitally important and have been fine-tuned and mastered over-time.
Checkerplate Non-Slip™ Surface:
Checkerplate Non-Slip™ is on the main stepping surfaces of the hot tub—including certain seats. The purpose of creating Checkerplate Non-Slip™ was to prevent slips and falls while relaxing in the tub. It is a permanent design that promotes safety during your soaks.
Specially Moulded Hand Grips:
The 500-series models have exclusive, specially contoured, and moulded hand grips for getting in and out of your Beachcomber Hot Tub.
Crescent Moon Ambient Lighting:
We offer an upgrade for our 700-series models that seamlessly meld Crescent Moon Ambient Lighting into the hand group. This gives enhanced safety while also creating an ambiance in your backyard.
Cooling Bench:
With health and safety in mind, every Beachcomber Hot Tub has a cooling bench or seat to allow the user to cool off during their soak. This cooling bench or seat is near the entry point of the tub and has no jets. It is accompanied by a step that makes using the seat or bench safe and easy.
