In addition to the coverage provided by our Standard Protection Guarantee, the Premium Protection Guarantee offers coverage for an additional 3 years on major components. This gives you a total of 5 years of coverage against defects in materials and workmanship on major components.

Moving your new Beachcomber hot tub from your curbside to your backyard can be a little overwhelming. The Beachcomber's 5 Star Placement and Wet Start process provides a safe and easy option to get your spa delivered and placed where you want it and up and running quickly and effortlessly.
Beachcomber representative will coordinate a time that works for you to receive your hot tub with the 5 Star Placement provided to help you coordinate electrical hook up*, filling and water balancing and instruction on spa care and maintenance. Everything you need to enjoy your new hot tub.

Exchange Guarantee
Beachcomber guarantees that the factory supplied hot tub Heatshield™ Cover, jetting massage inserts, steps, filter baskets, skimmer lid, and remote controls will be free from defects in Guarantee materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of delivery. If a failure occurs, you can exchange the failed component at your local Beachcomber Dealership.

Owner Transfer Option
The remaining portion within first 24 months of the Beachcomber Protection Guarantee is transferable to a new owner. This can be done once in the lifetime of the guarantee for a small transfer fee. It is the new owner's responsibility to contact a Beachcomber representative to arrange a customer-paid installation inspection of the hot tub to activate the guarantee transfer. The transfer fee, hot tub serial number, and inspection sheet must be received by the Beachcomber Guarantee office within 60 days of ownership transfer to be valid.
Energy consumption may vary significantly with ambient environmental temperature, frequency of use, filtration settings and the use of other hot tub features including temperature controls, circulating jets, and waterfalls.
Test procedures and data collection is based on the test method for Portable Electric Spas stipulated in Section 1604, Title 20, California Code of Regulations, amended on December 3, 2008. CEC testing parameters require that all units listed are tested in a third party or CEC approved laboratory, under a controlled environment with an ambient air temperature of 60(15.6 ℃)±313℉ and hot tub water temperature of 102(38.9 ℃)±213℉, with the hot tub cover on for a continuous 72 hours, and in compliance with ANSI/APSP/ICC-14 2011 and IAPMO filtration and water turnover requirements.
