My RFM jet has popped out with the locking ring. How do I fix this?
Drain the tub. Separate the locking ring and the jet. Use PVC glue to attach the locking ring on the tub. Let this dry completely. Screw the RFM jet onto the locking ring.
How and where does the 110 volt power cord get connected to my 320 LEEP hot tub?

Yes. Beachcomber hot tubs have memory settings for temperature, filter cycle & heat mode. In the case of a power outage, when power comes back on your hot tub should heat back to the last temperature.
What type of insulation is under the 3 tiered steps of a HYBRID tub?
The steps are insulated with a reflective foil to move heat away from the management system. Cool motor(s) = longer life span.
What is the difference between EverLite 4 and EverLite 6?
EverLite 4 (SKU 3003110) has 4 settings, while EverLite 6 (SKU 3003111) has 6 settings and is made specifically for hot tubs equipped with above the waterline lighting such as Eclipse Moodlighting and Roman Arch Waterfall lighting.
Is there a reset button on the hot tub?
No. The reset button is on your breaker.
My tub is leaking. How do I find the point of the leak?
Empty the tub, tip it up on its side then dig through the foam with a wood dowell with a bit of a point to poke through - look for the wet area under the tub and that is your leak point.
Why isn't my hot tub heating up?
Your heater element could be burnt out, or the circuit board relay is bad.
How much does it cost to run my Beachcomber per month?
Tub use rate and ambient temperature and Kw hour charges will have a large efffect on cost to operate but less than a dollar a day is normal.
