- delivery process was very easyThe delivery process was very easy. The instructions are easy to understand. We have ran into issues and had to have had to have repairs already with the lights peeling up at the cup holder area. When the repair was done it was not completed to our pleasure. Insulation was removed and not reinstalled or reinstalled correctly. We have had to schedule several appointments to have the lifting lights fixed.
- We love our tubWe love our tub and the features it has like the blue tooth stereo system. The tub is very energy efficient. We use the tub almost every day/evening. Our monthly electrical bills have barely increased. We are having some issues with the adjustable jets. They don't stop turning and pop out. We have had a technician replace a vinyl ring inside the affected jets. It has corrected 2 of the 3 but the other is not working again. This seems to be a new issue with the adjustable jets. The technician did what he could but he was not provided the proper tools to remove and reinstall the ring. We will have to get the service department back to replace the other one again. We have also had some electrical glitches. I turn the power off and restart and it seems to solve these issues. Regards, John

- Love the lighted stairsLove the lighted stairs very easy to maintain
- Maybe some wheelsNeed to open the stair compartment every time. Maybe some wheels and an easy latch for it? Valve adjusters along upper edge have yellowed quickly. Looks old and dingy after 6 months. When draining the tub, there are multiple places that water sits without draining completely. Easy fix to have everything slope down to the drain at the lowest point.
- The support did not end at the saleI have recommended to friends and they purchased following discussion and my simple advice ... wet test what you are currently looking at and then a Beachcomber! The second thing is both the Beachcomber dealers we have experienced are just great people. The support did not end at the sale. No better company in my mind!
- We love the ability to run the jetsEasy to use and maintain. Very relaxing and the jets are powerful and very relaxing. We love the ability to run the jets on low or high setting, with or without air. We also love the lighting for nighttime operation. Yes, we would definitely recommend to a friend.
