- jets are too wideThe jets do not hit the back of my neck properly. The jet that is intended to do that is very loud (annoying). The should jets are too wide for my wife's figure (almost too wide for me). Would have gone with a different design but not available in the 500 series price point (at the 8x8 size). Also, the top retains water (1 side).
