- Great tech supportJets were easy to install because the tech support was great through email and phone calls on how to replace the jets.
- Tech support is phenomenalWe live in Hawaii and the tech support from Beachcomber is wonderful. We have had to use their phone support in Canada and San Diego because Hilo no longer carries Beachcomber and are not knowledgeable about how to fix any problems with the tub.
- missing partI only received two of the three small grey circular rings that were supposed to be part of the package of the reflex foot massage front load. I did not realize that until isn't to order another one. Now I have to wait even longer to fix the tub.
