- Poorly constructedYou pay $12k for a hottub, but the steps are worth garbage. Then you want to replace and it's almost $700 to replace.
- Poorly madeOur steps did not fade too badly but over time totally collapsed from use and weather. They are cheaply made and over priced Should use solid wood interior frame with pressure treated product or metal. They are made out of thin plywood and stapled.
- Poor qualitySteps faded within 18 months then the plastic warped. Cheap wood framing
- Bad step cost more 600$... C fouBad material
- Poor to MediumOne of the side steps (top part) faded terribly and is a different color than the other two. Only 2 years old!!
